{"id":2865,"date":"2026-01-13T15:22:32","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T15:22:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lngcorridor.com\/?p=2865"},"modified":"2026-01-13T15:22:32","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T15:22:32","slug":"vulcan-e-iveco-insieme-per-la-mobilita-a-biognl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lngcorridor.com\/en\/news\/vulcan-and-iveco-together-for-biognl-mobility\/","title":{"rendered":"Vulcan and IVECO together for BIOGNL mobility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Turin<\/strong> is confirmed as one of the centres of the energy transition for heavy transport.<\/p>\n<p>At our service station in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lngcorridor.com\/en\/distributore\/torino-to\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Cascinette Road<\/strong><\/a>, we hosted an event that symbolised the collaboration between <strong>Vulcan<\/strong> e <strong>IVECO<\/strong>refuelling and road test of the<strong>S-Way powered by BIOGNL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A moment that was not just technical, but institutional: <strong>Andrea Bosi<\/strong> (Vulcan Key Account Manager) officially handed over to <strong>Siro Fabbri<\/strong> (IVECO) the <strong>Guarantee of Origin (GO)<\/strong>a certificate attesting to the sustainable 100% origin of the fuel supplied.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The numbers of sustainability: beyond neutrality<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the use of biomethane, the IVECO S-Way is not just 'green', but becomes an active player in decarbonisation.<\/p>\n<p>According to CNR studies, the use of this fuel can lead to a <strong>reduction of CO\u2082 emissions up to 121%<\/strong> compared to diesel, achieving a so-called 'sub-zero' impact.<\/p>\n<p>Added to this is a drastic reduction in noise pollution, making the vehicle ideal for long-haul routes and urban settings.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe title=\"IVECO S-Way LNG - L&#039;driving impression\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GyxpIqM-7so?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Turin is confirmed as one of the centres of the energy transition for heavy transport.
