{"id":2203,"date":"2025-01-13T08:42:04","date_gmt":"2025-01-13T08:42:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lngcorridor.com\/?p=2203"},"modified":"2025-01-13T08:42:04","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T08:42:04","slug":"vulcan-espande-la-sua-rete-con-una-doppia-acquisizione","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lngcorridor.com\/en\/news\/vulcan-expands-its-network-with-a-double-acquisition\/","title":{"rendered":"Vulcan expands its network with a double acquisition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Poggio Torriana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Societ\u00e0 Italiana Gas Liquidi SpA - Vulcan announces the acquisition of two important distribution HUBs located in the Marche region.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The two plants were acquired by Vega Carburanti Spa, a historic company that is now one of Italy's largest independent operators in the distribution of energy products with a network of more than 110 sales outlets spread across Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy and Piedmont.<\/p>\n<p>For Vulcan, this investment represents an important addition to its existing network, helping to strengthen Vulcan's presence in a key region for the Italian transport market.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition, it is estimated, will bring an increase in the Group's turnover of more than EUR 25 million and the hiring of 12 new employees.<\/p>\n<p>The Fabbri family would like to express its gratitude to the shareholders and directors of Vega Carburanti, Dr. Elisabetta Vianello and Ing.
